Refund Policy

General Products

Unless otherwise specified, a refund claim can be made for any regularly priced product we sell, excluding sneakers. Our refund policy lasts 30 days after purchase. Any refund claims opened after this period will not be accepted.

Sneakers

Any sneaker purchase is ineligible for a refund. Any order containing sneakers is also ineligible for a refund.

Sale Items

Sale items are ineligible for refunds. Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund.

Defective Products

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged and is eligible for a refund, we will send a replacement if a claim is received within the claim period and the claim is accepted.
